Arcanes is a personal development application based on arcane numerology, published by Aldibo (aldibo.fr). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Reading data: your numerological readings and their associated positions, generated from your date of birth.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the app’s core functionality.

Generate and display your personal numerological reading.
Synchronize your data across devices when you are online.
Authenticate your account securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Local Storage

On mobile devices, Arcanes stores your reading data locally using SQLite. This allows the app to function offline. This data remains on your device and is not accessible to other applications.

4. Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)

Arcanes may use Face ID or Touch ID to secure access to the app. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device’s operating system. We never receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.

5. Network Communication

The app communicates with our server (api.arcanalogie.fr) over encrypted HTTPS connections to synchronize your data and authenticate your account. The app also contacts our update server to check for new versions.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted network connections (TLS), secure token-based authentication, and on-device secure storage (iOS Keychain) for sensitive credentials.

8. Children’s Privacy

Arcanes is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
